WebScreen™ 2.0 is a highly-scalable web filtering system that targets the particular needs of the UK education sector with unprecedented levels of protection from undesirable content for end users. Cisco Meraki
Meraki Mobile Device Management – enables secure management and control of all school devices (including PCs) as well as providing features such as the remote deletion of data (a GDPR requirement).
Up to 700 free licences can be claimed by secondary schools and 300 by primary schools
Web Hosting
A web hosting platform that allocates each school 15GB of disk space, a MySQL database and supports a range of different websites including ASP.Net and PHP.

Full Microsoft Exchange functionality
StaffMail is a Microsoft Exchange-based service available to all staff and school governors. Logging in to a StaffMail account using Microsoft Outlook, users will be provided with the full functionality of a Microsoft Exchange account, offering email, personal and shared calendars, plus personal and shared address books.
Trust Mail
TRUSTmail is a fully-functional Outlook Web Access email service for pupils. Access to the service is via USO accounts, with the pupils’ identity specifically protected from accidental exposure by utilising only their USO username and a set domain that does not expose geographical location, instead of their actual name and/or location.
Mail Protect
MailProtect is an email filtering service, offering users versatile functionality and protection from email-borne spam, viruses, and abuse.
Google For Education
Hello Google! The entire suite of education apps, with full functionality and integration with your existing USO accounts. No new usernames or passwords, but automatic account creation and management.
Auto Text
AutoText gives schools the ability to send text and email messages to parents and staff via an easy-to-use online interface. With no set-up fees, AutoText is a cost-effective option for schools wishing to enhance communication with parents via a secure automated system.
Auto Update
AutoUpdate is a comprehensive application that reduces user account administration by keeping records up-to-date and in sync with a school’s local MIS database.
Open Check
An online and automated telephone method for a school to inform parents and pupils of the status of the school on any given day.

USO-FX2

Egress Switch
